Crewe FC are continuing to run their SSE Wildcats Girls Football Sessions every Friday!! SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football Clubs provide girls (5-11years) with regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment. The sessions take place every Friday evening (6.30pm-7.30pm) at the Cumberland Arena in Crewe, where girls can have fun engaging with football! In addition to that, they will develop fundamental skills, learn new things and create foundations for a lifelong love of sport. There is no football experience necessary to take part in the sessions. Steve Harding, Girls Football Development Coordinator at Crewe FC had this to say “We’re delighted that we are able to continue delivering these sessions for girls in the local community over the coming months. Girls football is continuing to grow rapidly, particularly at Crewe FC, where the Wildcats sessions have already provided us with the opportunity to produce 2 new girls teams! The sessions are a great opportunity for girls from the local area to come and get involved in football, whether that is just to see if they like it, or to eventually join a team and be part of the fantastic Club that we have here. If you have a daughter aged between 5-11 years old who you think would be interested, we can promise you they will have a fantastic time with us and we look forward to seeing them at our sessions”. Crewe FC’s SSE Wildcats sessions are run by FA qualified coaches in collaboration with the Cheshire FA. The sessions have been established in partnership with SSE, supporters of girls’ football participation and sponsor of the SSE Women’s FA Cup, with support from UEFA, FIFA and The Youth Sport Trust. We look forward to seeing you at our sessions! For more information, please contact girls@crewefc.org.uk Crewe FC #TogetherStronger #SSEWildcats
